Wonderful place to eat! The staff are great and Meghan is excellent at making her customers feel welcome and she also has a great sense of humor! And yes Meghan your personality does remind me of Drew Barrymore! I will return to this wonderful Sonoma Eatery!

Good food but over priced. Some of the wait staff are a bit unpleasant. Banquet service is slow and gratuity is added to the bill no matter how the service is which, in my opinion, makes for slower, less efficient service overall.

First time going into Palms in Sonoma was great great service great Hospitality they were very attentive they were very on top of what we need They helped us with the babies that we had with us at the time it was great the food was good fast service we were in and out definitely will recommend Palms again and will come back again as well

I've eaten here a few times now but no more. Both times the dinning area smelled like the restrooms. The restrooms themselves are unbearable, hold your breath. This last time I noticed they raised their prices. Cost me $17 (not including tax or tip) for a regular burger... that's right... a regular burger. Equal in quality to Black Bear (also not a good restaurant). The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff are very nice... but I don't got to a restaurant for good staff alone.

A budget spot with good food served by cheerful young people. Don't expect atmosphere or elegance, but do plan to enjoy a good, solid meal with fair prices. And, you can wear your most comfortable clothes!

Perhaps if it hadn't smelled like the bathroom in the dinning area, the experience might have been a little more agreeable. It was like you're eating with the toilet/urinal next to you. Consquently, the stench was so aggressive and overwhelming that it made the food taste repulsive. As soon as we were seated, I noticed this repugnant smell. So, why would they seat us in an area that makes you feel nauseous because of the foul odor? We asked to go to another area, which didn't really help. The whole experience was disgusting and annoying. The food was rather insipid. I did mention it to management. They were aware of the problem and apologized. I paid my tab, left and will not be going back.

Ask for my buddy Russ and you won't be disappointed. 😉

Food is good, place is always clean. However I find it always to be cold so bring a jacket. Even though they never seem to be very busy the food takes awhile and there is one staff member whom writes everything down but still seems to forget items and sometimes forgets a whole order. Bathrooms are usually always clean but not always stocked and to me the smell like a freezer with freezer burn.

First time eating here with my little brother and my son after their riding lessons and I loved it. Firstly service was great. The manager even took time to come and make sure everything was okay. Secondly, they serve American food with good prices. One appetizer, three meals, drinks, and desserts for $63+gratuity. Carrot cake was amazing. There was so much food we all took some to-go with us. It's a quiet place (Tuesday night), lights are dim, with a formal feel to it. But at the same time it definitely felt okay to be in there with jeans and boots.

The food was delicious. They have a great menu, great prices. Nice atmosphere. Would be 5 stars except our waitress was not very good. I will go back and sit in someone else's station.

Stopped by on a Sunday with my sister and our handicapped brother to eat lunch. Great food, fantastic service, reasonable rates and very clean. Check it out!

It's quiet ambiance lends itself to a loving atmosphere where when the food arrives it's simply a pleasurable addition to the coziness that's pervasive throughout. I'd call it a dining "experience" rather than dining out~more like dining in for sure. Give it a try and see if the same thing applies to you! Good Luck!😋YUM!!!
